About Me
I most typically use EMDR and attachment-focused interventions to treat hurt, betrayal, complicated grief, PTSD, Complex PTSD, dissociation, and other symptoms of trauma. I work with all parts of you who are able to show up, in order to better understand where big (and sometimes lonely and scary) emotions, thought patterns, and behaviors are coming from and how to move forward with these. I work with highly-motivated adults who wish to dig deep and heal.
