Opening waitlist At Con Corazón, I hold space for BIPOC individuals healing from trauma, loss, and systemic oppression while reconnecting to their inner wisdom and strength. Many navigate migration, bicultural identity, and generational pain, seeking a place to feel seen, safe, and whole. Together, we release survival patterns, nurture grounding and self-compassion, and reclaim voice and joy. This journey is one of liberation—personal and collective—guided by cultural reverence, compassion, and the belief that healing happens con corazón, with heart.
