Welcome! I work with people experiencing a variety of concerns including trauma and PTSD, attachment issues, anxiety, life transitions, and questions about identity. I also enjoy working with people experiencing anxiety and grief due to climate change and climate-related disasters. Whatever the concern, our challenges can lead to difficulty understanding ourselves, losing track of values, or trouble finding congruence in relationships. As your therapist, I will assist you in exploring the past, the present, and your hopes for the future. Together we will collaborate on goals that are aligned with your definition of wellbeing.
