My areas of expertise are Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, parts work and Eco Therapy. As an intuitive therapist I empower and teach you to listen to your body, mind and “gut” intuition. I will join with you to focus on what better looks like. Being your true, authentic self happens when your mind, body and soul feel connected I use an approach that helps you heal beyond talk therapy. As a remote therapist I am able to meet you where you are the most comfortable, usually in your home. There are no challenges around location if you reside in Washington, Oregon or Arizona state. I provide a personalized approach where I partner with you towards your goals and what you want to achieve.
