I enjoy working with adults from all backgrounds and walks of life, providing holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed counseling that meets folks where they are at. Because of my training and experience with EMDR therapy, I often support clients with healing from traumatic experiences. Some other issues I can help clients address include depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
