Together, we’ll explore what truly matters, and how to move forward in a way that calls to you. I have great respect for the innate wisdom of your heart, mind, and body that is often beyond our reach. I will support you in building a more fluid connection to that voice, leading to a more self-compassionate, confident, connected life. My therapeutic orientation draws on trauma-informed evidence-based modalities such as ACT, Somatic Internal Family Systems (S-IFS), attachment, and Brainspotting.
