About Me
I am EMDR trained, which is a specialized treatment for trauma but can be used for all sorts of presenting concerns. I work with clients who might feel like they need to hide pieces of themselves from friends or family to avoid conflict or to fit in. Or they might feel stuck and frustrated, unsure of why they continue with similar cycles. I empower clients to release shame and strengthen their authentic voice.
Areas of focus I am drawn to include addiction, PTSD, eating disorders, codependence, and relationship challenges. In addition, I support clients who grew up in family systems of dysfunction or addiction, helping them navigate intentional or unintentional harm.
