Throughout life, unhelpful patterns, societal messages, trauma and oppressive systems may have promoted disconnection within yourself, in your relationships, and to nature. In sessions, I strive to guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns and influences, so that you can move forward with more clarity and agency. I believe that through reflection, insight, and deepening connections both within ourselves and with others, we can achieve healing and more possibilities. I have a systemic and relational lens, and while I enjoy working with many populations, I specialize in working with couples and individuals.
