Hello! I work primarily with teens and young adults (age 14-25) experiencing: Anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. Collaboration and communication are important to me. I’m open about what I’m thinking and suggesting we do in therapy. My goal is to build a positive working relationship with you, combining my knowledge and your strengths to increase your sense of agency and self-efficacy and manage your life in ways that feel effective, sustainable, and achievable.
