About Me
Much pain and trauma are held in the body. Through somatic work, I help you develop awareness of your body’s signals so it can regain balance and strengthen its natural ability to self-regulate. As you build internal awareness and a sense of agency, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible. We will also explore the different parts of you, as trauma can lead us to disconnect from or suppress important aspects of ourselves. Our work supports integration, wholeness, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.
