Everything changes. Nothing stays the same. Change is constant—but so is your capacity to navigate it. You might be facing a transition, questioning your sense of purpose, or struggling with self-doubt. Maybe you feel stuck in old patterns or disconnected from yourself. Therapy offers a space to pause, take a breath, and ground in what truly matters. I primarily work with adults moving through life transitions, working on self-worth, or searching for meaning.
