About Me
I specialize in working with adults who are grappling with what it means to live a good life. Many of my clients have a history of complicated childhoods and are struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, depression and burnout. Some have recently been bereaved and are wanting support with their grief and navigating life after loss. Regardless of what brings them in, my clients are wanting less suffering and more ease, joy and fulfillment.
I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing acute grief, have lost a loved one to suicide and who were bereaved in childhood.
