About Me

I am trained to use EMDR, and I use an eclectic variety of other tools from somatic therapy, IFS, and more. I have current openings for supervision! If you feel like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, or that your traumatic experiences are robbing the color from life, or that you just don't know how to function anymore, I am here to extend a warm invitation to contact me. I work with people who are struggling with traumatic experiences, anxiety and depression, relationship hardships, self esteem, and adulting. I understand that asking for help can be a hard first step, and I offer a free consultation and a soft place to land.
