Hi, I’m Ranjita, a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns shaped by past trauma, you’re not alone. Many of my clients seek therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, or trauma-related stress, or because they feel disconnected from their body, emotions, or sense of self. Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, feel grounded, and begin healing through a collaborative, compassionate approach.
