About Me
I primarily work with teen and adult athletes navigating the pressure, expectations, and identity that come with competitive sport and growing into adulthood. As a former college athlete and coach, I understand the performance demands, confidence swings, and identity struggles with who you are outside of your sport. Between training, competition, school or career decisions, and life transitions, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I help athletes manage pressure, build confidence, and stay anchored so they can perform at their best and create a fulfilling life beyond sport.
