Hi! I offer individual counseling for people 16 and older. With all of life’s various challenges, I aim to cultivate a space that celebrates authenticity, humor, grief, and curiosity. I often work with individuals experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, chronic illness/pain, or marginalization in its various forms. My work as a counselor is rooted in disability justice, body liberation, and radical self-compassion. Due to my own identities, I’m passionate about supporting individuals who hold multiple marginalized identities and may feel like they sit on the fence between different cultures and community groups.
