My goal is simply this ~ to help individuals achieve personal growth and well-being through counseling. Together we will identify your goals, explore thinking patterns and emotional barriers that may prevent you from reaching your fullest potential. My approach is down-to-earth, empowering, and supportive. Because I believe a good therapeutic connection between my client and myself is essential, I routinely offer a free 30-minute consultation.
