About Me
I provide EMDR to children, teens, and adults to support significant decrease in emotional pain. Openings starting in March 2026. I am a Caucasian, cisgender, middle-class female. My style is compassionate, transparent, and mindful. I like to bring humor into counseling when appropriate because therapy is difficult enough! Often, my clients are those that struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, attention difficulties, identity, and/or relationship difficulties.
