I specialize in helping Couples and Pre-married Couples find connection through healthy communication, conflict management, and intimacy utilizing standardized Gottman tools. I believe Couples seek counseling because they want something to be different in their lives. I believe by working together we can make those changes happen. In the counseling process, both individual and couples clients can be helped to understand themselves better, set personal goals, and be supported in development.
