Louise often incorporates somatics, mindfulness, and nature-based techniques to support clients in session and offers clinical supervision. She received her RYT 200-hour yoga teacher training and is a Certified Integrative Trauma Practitioner from Aura Institute. Louise focuses on adults experiencing life changes such as empty nesting, anxiety, divorce, career changes, retirement, caring for a family member, loss/grief, healing from trauma and supporting professionals in the social work field. She received her MSW from George Mason University and has extensive experience working in Washington D.C. area, Arizona and Oregon.
