As a professional counselor associate, I create a safe space for deep self-exploration and self-reflection. Therapy is the place for transformative work, including understanding patterns through self-awareness, making empowering choices, setting boundaries, and building coping skills. With a focus on establishing new coping skills, strengthening current relationships, and creating a strong foundation of emotional regulation, I work to support each unique individual I work with. I work with my clients to integrate past trauma and empower the individual toward greater self-agency and self-advocacy.
