After many years of practicing therapy, my passion is using my experience and expertise to empower women. We are at a pivotal moment in our society and the unique obstacles that women face are louder and clearer than ever. It may feel overwhelmingly negative out there but there is opportunity in confronting these obstacles head on. My clients typically report feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious and at the same time they are highly intelligent and motivated for change.
