Anxious overthinkers, I've been in your shoes! If you struggle with perfectionism, "getting out of your head," wondering why you are the way you are, wanting to manage others' expectations and emotions, or feeling like you're walking through the same old problems you've walked through a thousand times before, I might be the therapist for you.
