About Me
I have spent over a decade studying Chakra
Psychology, which is an emerging theory rooted in Yogic theory (eastern
philosophy). Mindfulness, meditation, sound, art and dreamwork are all
modalities I utilize along with traditional therapies such as attachment. I
have also developed Astro-Psychology which uses astrology to help us
understand human archetypes.
