About Me
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and other approaches that will best fit the client’s needs. Understanding your own journey is one of the bravest things you will ever do for yourself. Sometimes our story doesn’t follow the plan we had dreamed of, or it takes some turns for the worst, leaving us feeling lost, hopeless, and/or lonely. When difficult transitions occur, it makes understanding our story even more difficult. When you enter this season of trying to make sense of the twists and turns, having a skilled companion by your side to listen, see you, affirm you, and explore difficult parts of your story can be healing. I am here to help you discover that inner strength, and provide clarity, and support.
