At this time, my practice primarily focuses on relational work, including couples and relationship therapy. I’m passionate about supporting partners and family members in finding new ways to connect, communicate, and feel understood. My style is warm, curious, and grounded in helping people feel more seen, in their relationships and within themselves.
I also work with individuals navigating relationship stress, life transitions and role shifts, boundary work and self-trust, or patterns that feel difficult to shift. Together, we can explore self-acceptance and find meaningful ways forward.
