I am a licensed clinical social worker in OR and UT who loves working with individuals who want to feel heard, seen, and validated. I have experience working with a variety of individuals from varying backgrounds and ages. I specialize in treating those with trauma history, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, alcohol and substance use, and mood disorders. I have worked in a variety of settings such as community-based agencies, schools, residential substance use treatment, hospitals, and home health. I utilize person-centered, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused therapy, and EMDR.
