About Me
My experience with justice-impacted folks and in upstream suicide prevention empowers me to sit with people who are experiencing shame and hopelessness during their darkest moments in an affirming, non-judgmental way. I wholeheartedly believe that humans are not defined by the harm(s) they have caused or experienced, and that we all deserve (and are capable of) healing.
My practice is driven by my belief in the transformative power of all that reclaims our humanity, such as animals (I love dogs!), art, community, humor, nature, play, pleasure, and relationship.
