Welcome! I'm so glad you are here. I offer therapy to individual adults in Oregon facing concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues and self-esteem. I often focus on supporting clients through life transitions including those working through mid-life concerns, career and family changes, transition to college, cancer diagnosis and survivorship and grief and loss.
