Welcome! My name is Andrew and I use he/him pronouns. As a person-centered counselor, I believe all individuals are the number one experts on their own lives, and that the therapeutic relationship is the most important ingredient to healing. I work with my clients to process trauma, accept circumstances outside their control, and implement lasting changes wherever possible. My style is relaxed, approachable, and strengths-based, incorporating occasional levity and humor while offering challenges and here-and-now observations. I have received additional training in EFT, DBT and EMDR.
