My clients are open to change, motivated to heal, and looking for a non-traditional approach to therapy often seeking something deeper that includes creative and somatic exploration. I help clients navigate grief, life transitions, career changes, identity exploration, anxiety, and more. My focus is on guiding individuals toward self-discovery and empowerment, beyond the confines of traditional therapy.
