I work with adults 18+ across all life stages. I might be the best fit for individuals seeking a space to explore their emotions, relationships, and identities without judgment. My practice is inclusive of LGBTQIA+ individuals as well as straight and cisgender people. I work with folks navigating complex emotions, relationship challenges, or experiences that may feel “too much” to share elsewhere. I work with people navigating grief, anxiety, depression, questions about meaning, and challenges in relationships or boundaries. I also offer space to explore intimacy, desire, and the parts of life that aren’t always easy to name.
