You may also struggle with anxiety, trauma, chronic depression, or people-pleasing, and feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck. Therapy can be a safe space to slow down, honor your needs, care for yourself and others without letting guilt or societal pressure overwhelm you, and be guided in a supportive and collaborative way.
